Month 1｜課題を見つける
自分の原体験やWillを掘り下げ、社会の「困った」を本質的に捉える。起業のスタートは、いつも「なぜ自分がこれをやるのか」という問いから始まる。
Dig into your personal experiences and motivations. Learn to see the real "pain points" in society. Every great venture starts with one question: Why am I the one to do this?
Month 2｜解決策を設計する
ビジネスモデルキャンバスやバリュープロポジションを使いながら、アイデアに骨格を与える。AIツールをフル活用しながら、思考を加速させる。
Use tools like the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Design to give your idea structure. Leverage AI tools to accelerate your thinking.
Month 3｜ピッチできる状態にする
v0等AIツールを使ったPoC作成から最終ピッチ発表まで。3ヶ月の集大成を、アジアの仲間の前で発表する。
From building a PoC using AI tools like v0, to delivering your final pitch. Present the culmination of 3 months in front of your Asian peers.

松下電器産業（現パナソニック）出身。インドネシア駐在・香港での事業立ち上げ・カンボジアでの大学設立など、アジアで豊富な経験を持つ。
現在は武蔵野大学アントレプレナーシップ学部の学科長も務め、EMC GLOBALの代表理事として「日本の若者をグローバルなアントレプレナーへ」という想いで活動中。
A veteran of Panasonic, with deep experience across Asia — stationed in Indonesia, launching businesses in Hong Kong, and co-founding a university in Cambodia. Currently serving as Department Head at Musashino University's School of Entrepreneurship and as Representative Director of EMC GLOBAL, with a mission to develop Japan's next generation of global entrepreneurs.
Sub-Facilitator：Keina Kanno
Works in the international business division of a manufacturer. Also active as a bilingual MC in Japanese and English. On event days, she supports overall program operations.
Batch Program修了者の中から選抜して2027年2月に東京で実施するBootCampに無料で招待させて頂きます。
Selected graduates of the Batch Program will be invited to BootCamp — held in Tokyo in February 2027 for approximately one week — with travel and accommodation fully covered.
プログラムを修了してアイデアをピッチできる状態になると、海外渡航プログラムGlobal Discovery Tourへの応募資格が得られます。
Global Discovery Tourでは現地に行き、課題、市場、仲間、ロールモデル等、様々な発見を得られる機会を提供します。
7月期生が修了後にチャレンジできる主な渡航プログラムは以下の通りです。
